Located in Dandridge, TN the training center offers a great opportunity to the community for classes and therapeutic massage. Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6-10pm enjoy massage for a special fee. Tranquil Transformations Meditation Classes
Monday evenings from 6-7pm at Waterfalls of Wellness Healing Center

Meditation is one of the most simple and easy methods to managing stress, anxiety, and mind chatter. Using the techniques of meditation can be done by anyone, anytime, anywhere. It is safe and can be quickly effective, even for those who think that they cannot meditate because of their busy mind.
What many don’t realize is that we all meditate daily without being aware of doing so. This class can simply help you understand what you are currently meditating on, and help you consciously choose new positive thoughts to focus your subject of meditation. Attend this series of classes to learn the basics of meditation & how using it properly can help
• Quiet the mind
• Reduce stress & anxiety
• Manifest positive change
• Create joy

Individuals who attend should dress comfortably and bring pillows or blankets for relaxation and comfort (some yoga mats are available for use).
Calling All Drummers and Rhythm seekers! Drum Circles are held on the last Friday of every month from 6:30-8:30pm. This is open to everyone whether you have a drum or just want to come and listen. The Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure™ Fundamentals of Self-Acupressure

Jin Shin Do® is a body-mind release method using gentle, direct pressure on the Chinese acu-points to release stress and muscular tension, reduce pain and discomfort, increase self-awareness, and re-establish energetic balance in the mind and body. In its most basic form, it is simple and easy for anyone to learn and use. In the hands of a skilled and sensitive practitioner, it can be a powerful, profoundly effective and transformative tool. Its versatility is also unsurpassed in incorporating it with any other modality.
This introductory level two-day workshop is open to everyone. Beginners welcome! Students may include anyone interested in learning simple oriental theory terms and JSD acupressure techniques. Learn:
• The Basic JSD Neck/Shoulder Release, and how to use it
• Qigong breathing and stretching exercises: Pal Dan Gum (the Eight Silken Movements) and Hara Breathing
• 25-point self-acupressure pattern and Basic Central Release
• Technique and point finding skills needed to practice the patterns on each other
Class Materials: Fundamentals of Self-Acupressure and The JSD Chart reduction (8 1/2” X 11”). *14 NCBTMB CEU’s are given to massage therapists who complete each of these workshops. Reiki Crystals Classes

Description: This 7 hour course is a hands-on course on how to use crystals for Reiki healing. No experience or knowledge of crystals is necessary to attend this course, but it helps. It is recommended you sign up for the Healing Crystals Course offered earlier. But you must be at least LEVEL II Reiki. During this course you will learn how to use Reiki and crystals to:
• Cleanse, clear, charge, and program crystals
• Performing several crystal healing grids
• Crystal meditations for Spiritual Growth, Healing, and to tap into ancient knowledge
All participants will receive a course manual and a set of healing crystals to get you started on your journey. This class is designed to be very hands on, please wear comfortable clothing as you will be performing and receiving crystal healing.
Cost of the course is $80, (A $20 discount will be offered to those who have attended a prior crystal course by Harmony Crossings). Class size is limited, YOU MUST REGISTER! We will start at 9 am, break for lunch at noon and start back again from 1 pm until 5 pm.

Self knowledge, Self Acceptance, Self Love; integrating our perceptions of self with reality

Maura is a holistic workshop facilitator, who offers programs in augmenting self-awareness/acceptance, confidence, communication and related skills. Using a manner different from what is often traditional, she stresses the relationship between our self perception, our relation to others and our total development as holistic beings - integrating physical, emotional, and spiritual selves
In this workshop participants can expect to gain insights into ways of:
• Monitoring thoughts in "mindless" times
• Laying aside self destructive thoughts and feelings
• Developing a true (unselfish) self love

Reiki Level 1 Class

This one day class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions and the self-treatment. In this class you will learn:
• The Reiki hand positions
• History of Reiki
• Attunement
• Giving a complete Reiki treatment for self and others
• Japanese Reiki Techniques as taught by Dr. Usui, including: Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho – developing your intuition, and Byosen Scanning – detecting where Reiki is needed

This one day class includes lecture, discussion and practice using all the level II symbols including distant healing, and practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.
While practice takes place during the class, it is expected that you will set aside additional time to practice after the class is over. Please commit to this additional time which should be one evening a week for several weeks, or its equivalent, to practice Reiki with one or more people from your Reiki class or with members of your family or friends. This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training.
• Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes, Koki ho - using the breath to send Reiki, Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing ones energy field, Jacki-kiri Joka-ho, clearing objects of negative energy
• Hayashi Healing Guide
• Using Reiki for specific conditions
• The Reiki II symbols and how to use them with practice time
• Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits
• Distant Healing
